Great keycaps even better service from neo macro, quick delivery and clear communication
The box with the keycaps was cracked and broken on one side. The keycaps were unharmed, and are fine, but at this price, you expect everything to be perfect and packaging to be foolproof. I don't know if Neomacro deliberately shipped an broken box or if it broke during shipping but either was I was left unhappy after making such an expensive purchase.
P.S: I know the plastic box isn't the main product but it still took away from this experience.
Apologies for your experience. We make sure to ship all products in their pristine undamaged boxes. It is most likely that the box was damaged in transit due to it's higher density. I will make sure to make up for our deficiency in packaging and add extra packaging material in the future. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
